ADE is on a mission to provide a dance syllabus at the highest level of dance education and training. Our Syllabus ranges from introductory levels to advanced dancers and student teachers to fully qualified teachers/members making this syllabus a universal tool for all dance studios and educational facilities.
We believe that strong dance training starts at the very beginning of a dancer’s journey and have provided stepping stones for even the youngest of dancers all the way through.

Teachers Exams and Memberships
ADE offers student teacher and Full teacher examinations. This will educate teachers on age-appropriate level expectations and how to “stack the skills” from one level to the next. The consistency from beginning to end is a necessary tool for a dancer’s development as is instilling a passion for dance in all students.
This is a Certified Teaching Certificate covering all requirements of successfully educating young dancers.
Members, teachers and student teachers have the ability to learn all levels of the ADE syllabus by signing up for our Teacher Training Syllabus programs in Jazz, Tap and/or Acro.
Additionally those who register to become an ADE members have the opportunity to enter dancers into ADE “Excellence” Examinations and refer to our Syllabus videos through their member login.
Student Examinations and their importance to training well rounded dancers
Students performing an ADE “Excellence” Exam in Tap, Jazz or Acro will not only have a personal assessment and evaluation of skills, but successful candidates will receive a certificate and medal indicating a complete understanding of the level. We believe this will provide dancers with a personal set of goals to work towards and a better understanding of their individual dance growth. We feel strongly that each dancer is unique and excels in different ways, therefore, we have set up these exams to allow them to showcase their strengths, while working towards new goals and challenges.
